What you will do

• Design, maintain, and monitor end-to-end company operations to ensure operational health across all functions.
• Own the company-wide SOP library: document recurring processes, fix broken workflows, and keep everything current.
• Oversee daily execution for admin and finance operations, removing blockers and ensuring cross-functional handoffs.
• Lead strategic cross-team initiatives from kickoff to close, preventing accountability gaps and orphaned projects.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and track OKRs; support board/investor preparation alongside the CEO.
• Run HR operations (hiring execution, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, HRIS) and own internal communications and culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, business management, or a multi-function role (ideally in a startup/scaleup).
• Built systems and processes from scratch, not only maintained existing ones.
• Managed or coordinated people directly or cross-functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Greek.
• Comfortable with process design, project management, and cross-functional coordination.
• AI-native: uses AI tools daily as a default.
