What you will do

  • Lead complex digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee large-scale cloud migration initiatives to ensure optimal performance of cloud-based applications.
  • Spearhead API design and development initiatives for seamless integration across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience in development using Java/J2EE, Spring, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex digital solutions, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and API design best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.

Nice to have

  • Relevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect.
