What you will do

• Deliver and support ERP and related business applications globally.
• Act as functional point of contact for enterprise systems and translate business requirements into solutions.
• Manage system rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and change processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, handle incidents and escalations.
• Ensure IT security compliance (GDPR, NIST), provide training, documentation, and support.
• Drive process optimization, reporting, BI tools, and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in IT applications/ERP delivery or key user in full ERP implementation/support
• Strong English communication skills (written/spoken); fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central (V20+), Navision, Dynamics AX/365 or similar ERPs
• Experience with ERP implementations, testing, incident management
• Analytical/problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, ability to explain technical topics
• Ability to work independently in global environment; ready to travel up to 25%
