What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and drive high satisfaction for Falcon Intel Recon users.
• Triage and escalate noteworthy cyber threat findings to respective customers quickly.
• Provide subject matter expertise to guide customers through intelligence findings.
• Collaborate with Intelligence and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and product value.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia.
• Fluent in Japanese at the C1 level or higher.
• Strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence, APT strategies, and the intelligence lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of data communication concepts (email, networking) and enterprise security.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) as a delivery method for intelligence.
