What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for APQP processes, providing training and administrative support.
• Execute process maturity assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance business systems and track measurable results.
• Manage document control processes to ensure health and tactical execution.
• Support enterprise customer quality requirements and ensure strict process adherence.
• Develop and deliver training materials to facilitate organizational change and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality or business systems management.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and process integration.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of APQP-PPAP requirements (e.g., AS9145, IATF 16949).
• Hands-on experience with risk evaluation tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, and MSA.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration environments.
• Training development and delivery experience.
