What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of commercially significant enterprise restaurant accounts.
- Design and execute multi-quarter growth roadmaps to achieve long-term strategic scaling.
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-solution plans using the full suite of platform products.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover growth opportunities and inform business proposals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers and unit economics.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Data-savvy mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience or willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily workflows.
