What you will do

• Develop computer vision algorithms for SEM inspection and metrology tasks.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to build robust computer vision modules.
• Optimize infrastructure and architectural solutions to improve system performance.
• Perform code reviews and ensure proper design and delivery of features.
• Translate internal and external customer requirements into detailed algorithm specifications.
• Troubleshoot software issues and fix bugs to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Computer Vision or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
• Experience transferring CV/ML research and technology into a shipping product.
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA.

Nice to have

• Experience with image noise reduction and filtering for CR/NR improvement.
• Knowledge of defect detection and classification.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning.
