What you will do

• Develop and track annual business plans for assigned franchisees to ensure profitability and growth.
• Ensure all points of sale comply with TYREPLUS standards, signage, and retail operating procedures.
• Support the implementation and daily usage of the MARS retail management system.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and training sessions to improve operational performance.
• Manage communication budgets and coordinate promotional activities within the franchise network.
• Analyze regional market coverage and provide recommendations for CRM implementation and customer service improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Daejeon or Jeolla regions.
• Strong background in franchise management, retail operations, or business consulting.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with franchise partners.
• Proficiency in business reporting, data analysis, and action plan management.
• Fluent in Korean is required for daily operations and franchisee communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
