TL;DR

eCOTS Product Owner (Semiconductor): Owning end-to-end product development for eCOTS solutions within semiconductor and integrated hardware/software environments with an accent on backlog prioritization, Agile delivery, and alignment with US Government requirements. Focus on translating complex business needs into actionable features and managing the product roadmap for defense-industrial base solutions.

Location: Hybrid (US). Must be based in the US and possess US Citizenship.

Salary: $188,330–$363,860 USD

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of eCOTS product development, including backlog prioritization and user story definition.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and stakeholder inputs.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Translate customer requirements and market inputs into actionable product features and PRDs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to negotiate scope and manage trade-offs.
  • Support Sales and Marketing enablement to drive product adoption.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management.
  • Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing product backlogs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductor design, architecture, or product lifecycle management.
  • Background in U.S. Government (USG) or Defense Industrial Base (DIB) environments.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and market analysis.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS in a technical discipline).
