What you will do

• Create post-silicon infrastructure, methodology, and automation for efficient test execution.
• Integrate silicon, hardware, firmware, and system software across protocols like PCIe and InfiniBand.
• Execute post-silicon tests to validate performance and qualify designs for production.
• Analyze and debug system-level issues across ASIC, FPGA, host servers, and firmware.
• Develop and package silicon and system stress tests for production and field use.
• Drive the implementation of validation automation environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in silicon simulation, hardware design, firmware design, or system bring-up.
• Fluent in at least one functional scripting language, preferably Python.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with global cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Shanghai.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with embedded software, operating systems, and hardware/software interfaces.
• Experience in developing and operating automated engineering processes.
