What you will do

• Partner with development and Tencent product teams to organize efforts, ensuring quality and revenue impact.
• Develop publishing plans, player journey improvements, and engagement initiatives for the Chinese market.
• Support franchise esports strategy by identifying opportunities to strengthen participation and viewership.
• Build and maintain business health metrics across engagement, monetization, and player sentiment.
• Conduct market analysis and business projections to support strategic decision-making.
• Present business insights and product recommendations to senior stakeholders across Riot and Tencent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product management, publishing operations, or in-game experience.
• Fluent in Chinese and English to drive cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with microtransactions and game monetization strategies.
• Proven ability to build structured strategies, business cases, and decision-making frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the China gaming market, player behavior, and platform dynamics.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
