Senior Product Manager, Gameplay (AI)

Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere; requires at least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern US hours.

What you will do

• Shape the near-term roadmap and long-term vision for the Gameplay ecosystem.
• Own gameplay experiences across live games, daily games, and bot play.
• Develop product ideas, incorporate feedback, and align stakeholders around the product vision.
• Partner with design and engineering to define scope, quality standards, and successful outcomes.
• Prototype flows and product concepts with AI, run A/B tests, and build configurable solutions.
• Communicate decisions asynchronously across global teams and engage executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
• Strong understanding of funnels, metrics, experimentation, and consumer user experience.
• Deep familiarity with chess gameplay and the needs of players at different skill levels.
• Daily use of AI for prototyping, exploration, and accelerating product execution.
• Clear, concise communication across design, engineering, product, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• At least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern US hours is required.
