What you will do

• Perform second line monitoring (SLM) on assigned key controls within the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) framework.
• Analyze SLM outcomes and generate clear, transparent reports for various ING entities.
• Collect and review documentation and evidence to support monitoring and audit activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify issues and escalate concerns identified during reviews.
• Contribute to the maintenance of NFR policies and ensure strict compliance with banking regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training to optimize non-financial risk processes and best practices.

Requirements

• University or Master's degree.
• 3+ years of working experience, preferably within the banking sector or IT audit.
• Experience with Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Management frameworks, governance, and methodology.
• Knowledge of Information & Technology Risk Management Policies (IAM, Cyber, Data, AI).
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations, specifically EBA and ECB.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
