• Lead research initiatives in audio, video, and multimodal AI aligned with strategic product goals.
• Design and implement innovative model architectures and algorithms for content generation and analysis.
• Optimize and scale models for efficiency, latency, and throughput across distributed systems.
• Translate research insights and academic breakthroughs into practical, high-impact use cases.
• Collaborate with Research Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to build feasible AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading the development and iteration of foundational or open AI models.
• Significant publication record or evidence of research impact in academia or industry.
• Deep understanding of Diffusion Models, GANs, or Transformers and their real-world applications.
• Experience with large-scale AI models for TTS, music generation, or speech enhancement.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or Jax, and cloud computing platforms.
