What you will do

• Serve as the regional lead for digital asset strategy and execution across APAC markets.
• Develop and maintain a region-specific digital asset product roadmap aligned with global objectives.
• Lead the development and launch of new digital asset products, including fund structuring and regulatory approvals.
• Partner with regional distribution teams to support client engagement, education, and product commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure operational readiness.
• Represent the firm in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and client events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or digital assets, focusing on product development or strategy.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape in APAC.
• Proven track record of launching and managing investment products in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Experience working with institutional and/or retail clients in the APAC region.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural environments.
• Must be based in Hong Kong and willing to travel regionally and globally up to 20%.
