What you will do

• Design high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits including re-drivers, switches, and clocking systems.
• Translate chip-level requirements into detailed block-level architectures and specifications.
• Develop behavioral models using Verilog-A/AMS and perform system-level modeling in MATLAB/Simulink.
• Conduct circuit simulations, design analysis, and hand calculations to validate performance.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure optimal device placement and compliance with design rules.
• Lead design reviews and present technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience or PhD with 1–2 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in high-speed analog circuit design fundamentals including signal integrity and jitter analysis.
• Proven experience with high-speed interfaces like SerDes, USB, or Ethernet.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence IC design tools and modeling tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
• Solid understanding of device physics and parasitic effects.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
