What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise workforce planning frameworks covering skills, roles, and demand.
• Develop hiring, reskilling, and forecast models to align with business and revenue strategies.
• Partner with GTM, Practice, L&D, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Lead the end-to-end planning cycle from demand analysis to plan activation.
• Provide data-driven workforce insights to market leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Hands-on experience in consulting, professional services, or IT services environments.
• Expertise in workforce demand forecasting and reskilling strategies.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate planning workshops.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with workforce planning tools such as Workday Adaptive.
• Background in consulting or HR strategy.
