Employee Experience Partner

What you will do

• Coordinate internal activities and programs to reinforce company culture and core values.
• Manage end-to-end employee journey touchpoints including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
• Act as a primary support point for employees and leaders regarding HR processes and programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback, pulse surveys, and service quality trends.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and IT to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Maintain and update local HR content, guides, and communication channels for clarity and accessibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or people operations.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in or able to work from Heredia, Costa Rica.
• Proven experience supporting employee-facing processes and service delivery.
• Proficiency with HR systems, documentation platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.

Nice to have

• PMO certification or project management experience.
• Experience coordinating benefits and local HR service administration.
