Employee Experience Partner (HR): Delivering high-quality employee-facing services and culture initiatives in Costa Rica with an accent on operational excellence and the full employee lifecycle. Focus on coordinating onboarding, engagement programs, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery to support retention and the employee value proposition.
Location: Must be based in Heredia, Costa Rica (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Coordinate internal activities and programs to reinforce company culture and core values.
- Manage end-to-end employee journey touchpoints including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
- Act as a primary support point for employees and leaders regarding HR processes and programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback, pulse surveys, and service quality trends.
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and IT to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Maintain and update local HR content, guides, and communication channels for clarity and accessibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or people operations.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Must be based in or able to work from Heredia, Costa Rica.
- Proven experience supporting employee-facing processes and service delivery.
- Proficiency with HR systems, documentation platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
Nice to have
- PMO certification or project management experience.
- Experience coordinating benefits and local HR service administration.
