What you will do
- Define and execute the end-to-end content strategy tailored to the Mexican market.
- Own content performance metrics, connecting execution to business impact and user growth.
- Manage diverse production pipelines including freelancers, creators, and AI-supported workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, SEO, and Marketing teams to align content with country strategy.
- Provide strategic direction to creator teams to ensure relevance and quality.
- Identify cultural and product gaps to build a representative content library for Mexican users.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico
- Proven experience building content strategy from scratch and owning outcomes.
- Strong data literacy with a hands-on approach to performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of Mexican culture and local user experience.
- Experience managing multiple production pipelines and balancing quality, speed, and cost.
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
