Salary: 170,300 - 227,100 CAD per annum

What you will do

• Lead micro-architecture and RTL development for state-of-the-art AI/HPC designs.
• Investigate, scope, and plan new AI/HPC SOC programs.
• Define ASIC and block-level architecture and register specifications.
• Collaborate with physical design teams on floorplanning, power analysis, and timing signoff.
• Work with verification teams on pre-silicon verification, coverage analysis, and performance debugging.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 13+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating architectural and micro-architectural specifications.
• Proficiency in Verilog/System Verilog RTL coding and System Verilog Assertions.
• Strong leadership experience across all stages of the ASIC design flow.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
• Experience with scripting in Python, Perl, or Shell.

• Expertise in Computer Architecture or Embedded Systems Architecture.
