What you will do

• Lead the China operations team for gaming and esports Experience Marketing programs, providing direction and prioritization.
• Oversee end-to-end operational planning, budget management, and delivery across mainland China.
• Manage prize fulfillment and ensure compliance with local laws, data privacy, and tax regulations.
• Support the integration of online programs into retail channels including JD.com, Tmall, and offline partners.
• Coordinate between local teams and global stakeholders to align execution with business goals.
• Build and maintain operations dashboards to track KPIs, risks, and financial progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or program management, preferably in gaming, esports, or consumer marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience working within the China market.
• Deep knowledge of China's gaming ecosystem and compliance requirements (tax, customs, and data privacy).
• Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing vendors in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Shanghai for regular on-site collaboration.
