What you will do

• Drive cross-functional programs to unlock growth and reliability in China and International markets.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs in collaboration with engineering.
• Facilitate transparent decision-making and maintain consistency in planning and documentation.
• Lead compliance and data-residency initiatives for Chinese users (e.g., UV data residency).
• Coordinate integrations with local payment platforms including Alipay and WeChat Pay.
• Apply AI agents to streamline TPM workflows and increase productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of TPM experience in an established, complex organization.
• Domain experience working with AI and R&D areas.
• Deep understanding of Agile product development processes.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in China (Mainland).
