What you will do

• Collect and analyze local Brazilian telecommunications market trends and operator dynamics.
• Develop and manage relationships with local telecom operators specifically for SMS and voice services.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost reduction and procurement efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to final delivery.
• Provide market insights and feedback to support commercial and procurement decision-making.

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• 2-4 years of overall work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with telecom operators or peer companies.
• Strong familiarity with the Brazilian local market and access to operator resources.
• Good English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Chinese language.
• Prior experience directly employed by a telecom operator.
• Deep industry background in A2P SMS and Voice services.
