What you will do

• Design cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products to set industry standards.
• Develop system interfaces and business application prototypes (MVPs) for validation.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, performing design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements and goals.
• Build agents, workflows, and technical components using agentic frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, integration, and testing guidelines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in application modernization and solution implementation.
• Mandatory: Experience with Agentic frameworks.
• Proven ability to build agents, workflows, and technical components.
• Experience creating MVPs and demos for validation.
• Ability to work within consulting teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% globally.

Nice to have

• Experience with scalable architectures or modern development environments.
• Familiarity with solutioning or pre-sales environments.
