TL;DR
A&T Technician II - 2nd Shift (Mechanical/Electrical Testing): Perform assembly and high-precision operational testing of finished products with an accent on diagnosing test failures and driving rework instructions and configuration changes. Location: Onsite – Buffalo, NY (East Aurora, New York)
Salary: $28.00–$32.00 hourly

What you will do
- Assemble products using mechanical/electronic measurement equipment, specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms.
- Work from drawings, work instructions, and parts lists; document performance results and situational circumstances in writing.
- Set up and perform operational tests on high-precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment.
- Diagnose test failures, assess hardware condition, and provide recommended rework instructions and configuration changes.
- Handle daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred; otherwise demonstrate ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions/training in English.
- Demonstrate ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- At least 3 years of related experience in a technical field.
- Enrollment and participation in the company’s “FAA Drug & Alcohol Program” is required due to strict FAA Safety Sensitive Work regulations.

Hiring process
- Report to the Process Manager and complete the required FAA Drug & Alcohol Program enrollment/participation for eligibility.
