TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Norwest, Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Process end-to-end payroll across fortnightly and monthly cycles.
  • Maintain payroll systems and accurate employee records.
  • Interpret and apply relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding pay, leave, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with HR on reporting, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Must have full working rights in Australia/NZ
  • 5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in a similar-sized organization
  • Proven knowledge of payroll systems and time & attendance software
  • Experience with ADP, Payroll Metrics, or similar systems
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s Licence
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Nice to have

  • Previous administration experience in a medical or clinic environment
  • Experience in system migration or payroll software implementation
