- Mentor and uplift capability within the global reward function.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Total Rewards within global, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise across compensation and benefits design.
- Strong analytical and modelling capability.
- Proven ability to connect reward strategy to business performance.
- Experience leading complex, transformational reward initiatives.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences.
