Location: Must be based in Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Drive the strategic direction of the listings regulatory program.
  • Lead and motivate a team of regulatory analysts responsible for listing applications and compliance monitoring.
  • Advise on listing rules, securities laws, and policy matters related to capital formation.
  • Oversee regulatory processes for initial listings and companies falling out of compliance.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies including FINRA and the SEC.
  • Reimagine and expand the use of technology and AI to improve regulatory program efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Juris Doctor strongly preferred; MBA or equivalent professional credentials considered.
  • Deep knowledge of capital markets, corporate and securities law, and exchange listing rules.
  • Significant leadership and management experience in an operational or regulatory environment.
  • Executive presence with the ability to constructively influence senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated commitment to investor protection and regulatory compliance.
