What you will do

• Evangelize SRE and Data Reliability Engineering practices across engineering teams.
• Build and maintain a framework for data quality to ensure high fidelity for enterprise customers.
• Own the on-call process, including incident command, post-mortems, and follow-up remediation.
• Define and manage SLAs and SLOs for internal and client-facing products.
• Represent the SRE function in sales calls with tier-one financial institutions.
• Evaluate and maintain monitoring, alerting, and documentation solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in improving the quality and reliability of large-scale datasets.
• Experience leading site reliability for high-volume SaaS products.
• Strong background supporting distributed systems in AWS.
• Ability to hold teams accountable with empathy and professional presence.
• Experience defining and managing SLAs and SLOs.
• Fluency in AI and agentic workflows.

Nice to have

• Genuine interest in the crypto ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and its operational challenges.
