What you will do

• Contribute to the underlying cryptography across product offerings.
• Build and maintain cryptographic libraries for shared security-critical code.
• Implement new industry specifications and cryptographic algorithms into client applications.
• Develop proof-of-concepts for security features.
• Conduct code and design reviews to maintain high cryptographic standards.
• Collaborate with security developers specializing in Rust and Golang.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada for the duration of the 4-month term (September–December 2026).
• Passion for modern cryptographic algorithms and their real-world application.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and security practices.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with standards bodies such as FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, or OIDF.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like Passkeys or Post-Quantum Algorithms.
• Proficiency or quick learning ability in Rust or Golang.
