Location: Seremban, Malaysia (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the manufacturing systems transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
  • Lead the modernization of MES, equipment automation, and quality applications.
  • Drive standardization and integration of systems into modular, AI-ready platforms.
  • Enable end-to-end data integration while ensuring data quality and ownership at the source.
  • Manage large-scale, multi-site transformation programs, including vendor and delivery performance.
  • Define and track business value metrics such as yield, productivity, and cost.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in manufacturing IT, MES, equipment automation, and factory systems.
  • Proven track record in platform modernization and enterprise-scale program leadership.
  • Understanding of OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductor or highly automated manufacturing environments.
