What you will do
- Define and execute the manufacturing systems transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
- Lead the modernization of MES, equipment automation, and quality applications.
- Drive standardization and integration of systems into modular, AI-ready platforms.
- Enable end-to-end data integration while ensuring data quality and ownership at the source.
- Manage large-scale, multi-site transformation programs, including vendor and delivery performance.
- Define and track business value metrics such as yield, productivity, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing IT, MES, equipment automation, and factory systems.
- Proven track record in platform modernization and enterprise-scale program leadership.
- Understanding of OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity in manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions.

- Experience in semiconductor or highly automated manufacturing environments.
