What you will do

• Define validation strategy for new mmW and high-speed digital circuits.
• Develop hardware tools for silicon validation and create manual/automated workflows from definition to debug.
• Program optimized software for manual and automated testing (Python) and support test execution.
• Build characterization plans with Design, Test Engineering, and Applications, then run project validation per plan.
• Perform IC parametric and functional bench-level measurements and support design debug investigations.
• Analyze results, report test cases, follow up on issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or comparable.
• Knowledge of mmW/RF and/or high-speed digital test methods and measurement techniques.
• Practical experience with Python software and hardware debugging/troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills for silicon and system application issues.
• Structured, analytical working style with strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
