What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for audience-measurement hardware.
• Contribute to system architecture, implementation, and verification activities.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and QA engineers to ensure seamless product integration.
• Support secure software deployment and continuous improvement of existing components.
• Participate in automated testing and structured release processes within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• Strong experience in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Fluent in English and good understanding of German.
• Knowledge of bootloaders, device drivers, and low-level system concepts.
• Experience with Linux, Embedded Linux, or RTOS (FreeRTOS/Zephyr).
• Familiarity with microcontrollers (STM32, Nordic, Renesas) and ARM/RISC-V architectures.
• Experience with build tools like CMake, Make, or Ninja.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android or iOS application development.
• Familiarity with secure software deployment practices.
• Background in automated testing or release management.
