What you will do

  • Design cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products for enterprise-wide application modernization.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solution sizing, deal shaping, and proposal contributions.
  • Translate complex client problems into actionable technical solutions and AI-driven architectures.
  • Guide the development of MVPs and demos while providing technical leadership to application teams.
  • Perform design and code reviews to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide application design standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align architectural decisions with business goals and project requirements.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as an AI Solution Architect or in a similar consulting role.
  • Proven expertise in application modernization and end-to-end AI solution design.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Agentic frameworks.
  • Strong background in pre-sales, solutioning, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to perform solution sizing, including timeline, resource, and effort estimation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% globally.

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in growth-oriented teams.
  • Experience contributing to complex sales proposals.
