What you will do

• Own and deliver high-quality motion design projects from initial art direction to final delivery.
• Build impactful brand identities for games and contribute to top-performing marketing results.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and create storyboards or animatics to communicate concepts.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate briefs into strong visual solutions.
• Stay current with pop culture, social media, and design trends to inform creative work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphic design within advertising or entertainment marketing.
• Strong demo reel showcasing expert-level motion design and animation skills.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for mobile games and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine for cinematic-quality renders.
• Experience with Unity.
• Understanding of Social Media, Performance Marketing, and User Acquisition creatives.
• Proactive interest in AI-assisted design tools.
