What you will do

• Produce a high volume of motion ad variations, iterating rapidly based on performance data and creative feedback.
• Translate brand essence into captivating visual assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to connect creative decisions to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Experiment with cutting-edge motion techniques and AI tools to maintain creative competitive advantage.
• Own the full creative process end-to-end, from initial concept to the final cut.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design specifically for paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-volume ad variations per week with fast turnaround.
• Background in performance marketing and/or user acquisition (UA) ads.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI-native tools such as Kling, Sora, RunwayML, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly.
• Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• English: C1 (Fluent) written and spoken required.
