TL;DR

Working Student (Brand Communications): Supporting the global brand and content team in planning, creating, and coordinating communication activities with an accent on visual and verbal consistency. Focus on developing campaign assets, managing editorial calendars, and conducting market research to strengthen brand visibility.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid setup available).

Salary: €18.90 per hour.

What you will do

  • Support the creation of brand communication materials including presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Ensure messaging and visual identity consistency across all communication channels.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating campaigns and editorial calendars.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to gather input and align content.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience insights.
  • Provide project support by tracking timelines and preparing materials.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or Business.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear sense of tone and audience.
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

  • Experience with presentation design or content platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or basic video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media formats and digital content trends.
  • Previous practical experience through internships or student jobs.
