What you will do

• Apply structured change management methodologies to address the people-side of SAP project implementations.
• Develop comprehensive change strategies, including communication, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
• Conduct readiness assessments and present findings to project stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and performance gaps, implementing corrective actions to ensure project adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams, HR, and communication leads to integrate change activities into overall project roadmaps.
• Act as a visible coach to agency change champions and manage measurement systems for adoption and proficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Springfield, IL.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and managing change management programs.
• At least 3 years of specific SAP experience, with public sector experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering business or technology solution initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
