TL;DR

Translator (English/Mandarin/Korean): Provide accurate, context-aware translation and simultaneous interpretation across business, technical, legal, and operational communications with an accent on terminology consistency, cultural bridging, and supporting cross-border collaboration. Focus on translating contracts, technical documentation, and presentations while coordinating communication with executives, project teams, vendors, and partners across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Translate written and verbal communications between English, Mandarin, and Korean for cross-region counterparts.
• Support meetings, conference calls, workshops, and business discussions with simultaneous interpretation.
• Translate business, technical, legal, commercial, and operational documents (contracts, presentations, reports, technical documentation, internal communications, marketing materials).
• Ensure consistent terminology, tone, and messaging across all translated materials.
• Act as a cultural bridge between regional and global teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Coordinate communication for regional initiatives and partner engagements while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Korean.
• Ability to be based in Seoul, South Korea.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Translation/Linguistics/Communications or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, AI, cloud, or data centre industries.
• Experience working in multinational or high-growth startup environments.
• Ability to travel extensively within Korea.

Nice to have

• Experience with simultaneous translation across English and Korean and/or Mandarin.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and commercial agreements.
