TL;DR
Translator (English/Mandarin/Korean): Provide accurate, context-aware translation and simultaneous interpretation across business, technical, legal, and operational communications with an accent on terminology consistency, cultural bridging, and supporting cross-border collaboration. Focus on translating contracts, technical documentation, and presentations while coordinating communication with executives, project teams, vendors, and partners across multiple time zones.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; extensive travel within Korea is required.

What you will do
- Translate written and verbal communications between English, Korean, and Mandarin across business, technical, legal, commercial, and operational contexts.
- Provide simultaneous interpretation for meetings, conference calls, workshops, and business discussions.
- Translate contracts, presentations, reports, technical documentation, internal communications, and marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and messaging across translated materials.
- Support collaboration between regional and global teams, executives, project teams, vendors, and external partners across multiple time zones.
- Provide communication support for regional business initiatives and partner engagements while handling sensitive information confidentially.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or an equivalent field.
- Fluency in English and Korean with the ability to provide simultaneous interpretation.
- Mandarin proficiency is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, AI, cloud, or data centre industries.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and commercial agreements.
- Experience in a multinational or high-growth startup environment and willingness to travel extensively within Korea.
