What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, high-performance platform features.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring, and establishing quality standards.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, into the SDLC.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across significant initiatives.
• Collaborate on hardware/software integration, graphics systems, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 10+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Windows or Linux embedded OS and cross-platform development.
• Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives.
