Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Act as a key finance partner to the Product Management organization to drive business insights and performance tracking.
• Manage governance processes for investment and spend approvals, including eCAR creation.
• Develop comprehensive reporting on infrastructure costs by facility and vendor.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models and automated dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Support monthly close, forecasting, and budget cycles with high-quality analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements across the FP&A function.

Requirements

• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders in Product or Technology teams.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex lookups, pivots, and large dataset analysis.
• Experience using Power BI for creating insightful dashboards.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with infrastructure cost analysis or vendor spend tracking.
• Background in supporting integration or transformation programs.
