What you will do

• Perform inspections and troubleshooting on production equipment including presses, mixers, and extruders.
• Support improvements to machine-level systems using expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
• Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure high equipment availability.
• Analyze equipment failures and performance metrics like MTTR and MTBF to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support safe work practices and consistent standards.
• Define lubrication practices and contribute to spare parts management strategies.

Requirements

• Degree (VI/VII) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing
• Proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational performance

Nice to have

• Experience using CMMS or SAP PM for maintenance planning
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques like vibration analysis or thermography
