What you will do

• Lead discovery and planning workshops with CIO/CISO-level stakeholders across EMEA.
• Advise customers on integrating hirify.global solutions into their existing data security programs.
• Build trust and credibility with enterprise partners as a subject matter expert.
• Provide actionable customer insights to Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Represent the company at industry seminars and trade shows.
• Stay current on the evolving threat landscape and emerging security technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from the Reading office.
• 6+ years of experience as a practitioner or consultant in Data Security programs.
• Strong background in DLP, cloud security, insider threat management, or incident response.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity.

Nice to have

• CISSP or other relevant security certifications.
