What you will do

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements on production machinery like presses, mixers, and extruders.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Analyze equipment failures and production losses using KPIs such as MTTR and MTBF.
• Utilize diagnostic methods including vibration analysis, ultrasound, and thermography.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe working practices and consistent technical standards.
• Support spare parts management and equipment lifecycle planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (VI/VII level).
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with maintenance planning or reliability improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with CMMS or SAP systems for maintenance tracking.
