What you will do

• Design, develop, and support IT systems and third-party solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to ensure high reliability and data accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to operational teams during system rollouts and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify challenges and co-create effective technical solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, processes, and system architectures.
• Apply modern technologies to improve existing workflows and manufacturing concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 4–5 years of experience in IT solutions within business or manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux, C, PHP, SQL, ActiveMQ/Camel, ExtJs, C#/.NET, or containerization (Docker/Podman).
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Ansible, shell scripting, Jenkins, or Nexus.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and tire production.
