What you will do

• Partner with customers, IBVs, software vendors, and ecosystem collaborators to develop, test, and optimize software solutions for hirify.global products.
• Analyze and debug complex software/BIOS issues and deliver high-quality fixes and improvements.
• Perform code reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve software quality.
• Research and prototype innovative solutions that leverage hirify.global technologies and drive adoption in target markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver benchmarks, collateral, and training for hirify.global products.
• Provide technical consulting and customer support, and contribute input on software architecture and product design.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) or no experience required with a Master’s degree.
• Programming experience with Python and/or other relevant software development languages.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, firmware, and operating systems.
• Experience with software/firmware debugging, validation, and issue analysis, including software/firmware development life cycle and code review processes.
• Advanced English level to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (no visa or immigration sponsorship).
