What you will do

• Act as the primary GOC strategic partner for top global clients including Google, Ford, and Colgate.
• Drive client growth through media planning excellence, applying performance-led principles and advanced analytics.
• Establish and scale the Media Planning discipline in the Polish GOC, defining role profiles and competency frameworks.
• Represent the planning and activation discipline in senior client forums and global governance calls.
• Collaborate with in-market client and activation leads to ensure seamless translation of strategy into execution.
• Develop and mentor planning talent, establishing quality standards and career paths.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in paid media, media planning, activation, strategy, or consulting.
• Proven expertise in digital media, adtech, martech, and data platforms.
• Experience building and scaling a media planning discipline within a multi-market delivery environment.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-market accounts and fostering senior client relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Collaboration only based on employment contracts.
