TL;DR

Senior Cloud, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineer (Fintech): Building and supporting secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud infrastructure for transaction-heavy platforms with an accent on automation, CI/CD optimization, and reliability engineering. Focus on designing robust infrastructure as code, managing production environments, and ensuring system performance through observability and incident response.

Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Design, build, and support secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and automation scripts to improve consistency.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient software releases.
  • Monitor production environments, perform troubleshooting, and conduct performance tuning.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to improve service reliability metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
  • Must be based in Manila for hybrid work.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and production-grade cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and security fundamentals.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or regulated, compliance-driven industries.
  • Knowledge of Kafka (AWS MSK or Confluent) and Aurora PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
  • Relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or Kafka.
