TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Chicago, Illinois (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve technical issues.
  • Configure and support document management and business process automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot software, integration, and configuration problems using logs and documentation.
  • Support both cloud-hosted SaaS environments and on-premise deployments.
  • Assist with testing and supporting AI-assisted document processing features.
  • Provide training to end users and administrators on software platforms.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL) and basic query writing.
  • Familiarity with web technologies including .NET, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, and HTML.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, IIS).

Nice to have

  • Experience with document management platforms like DocuWare, Laserfiche, or OpenText.
  • Exposure to intelligent document processing tools.
  • Experience supporting ERP or line-of-business system integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or structured ticketing frameworks.
