What you will do

• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
• Develop automation for cluster lifecycle management, node provisioning, and provider onboarding.
• Create platform tooling and abstractions to enable engineers to scale workloads without deep infrastructure knowledge.
• Resolve system performance and reliability issues across the compute stack.
• Manage the cluster addon ecosystem to ensure production-readiness.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive operational excellence through incident response and preventive automation.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer building platform or infrastructure products in Golang.
• Proven track record of operating Kubernetes clusters in production at scale.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, including kernel, networking, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in concurrency, multithreading, data structures, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and GitOps workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, security fundamentals, and observability systems (metrics, logging, alerting).
